Taste Notes: Strong Clove-like, Floral smell. Great when cold and well carbonated. Spicy clove really moves on the tongue with carbonation.

Great beer to play with as a summer quencher.
Try spices (coriander, ginger, orange peel).
Use other kinds of honey for different flavor (add after the boil).
Use other kinds of malt extract (pilsner or munich extract might work in place of the american two row extract). A great style to experiment with. I prefer to keep this style simple and let the yeast provide the spice.
