15# Maris Otter 1# Crystal 60 1# Torrefied Wheat .5# Dextrose (in kettle)
32 g Simcoe (60 min.) 35 g Yakima Golding, 35g Fuggle (15 min.) 100g Yakima Golding (end of boil)
Mash @ 148- 150
Ferment with White Labs 006 Bedford or 005 British
OG 12.8 Plato (SG 1.051)
